On Monday, February 2, we’re hosting a small, interactive session for Assistant Directors to explore Setso, a new Dutch film planning tool.

During this evening, we’ll give a short, practical live demo showing how you can move faster and more clearly from script and planning to a workable shooting day — especially when last-minute changes happen. We’ll focus on real on-set pain points: keeping overview, managing cast/crew/asset information, and communicating updates clearly to the whole team.

This is a working session with ADs, not a sales pitch. The goal is to test the tool in real scenarios, discuss what works (and what doesn’t), and gather feedback to improve Setso as part of an actual production workflow.

The group will be small to keep it hands-on and conversational.
